Campus94's meets with Efe, a final year student of the department of theatre art who happens to be one of the finest make up artist on campus and CEO of Diol classic.

Campus94:
So Mr Efe let's meet you

Efe:
My name is Akugbe Efemena Idolo, I'm from Delta State but I reside in Lagos. We are eleven children but my mom gave birth to four boys. I was named by my elder sister as my parents never named me after my birth and I'm the only one in the house with a native name. I attended seven primary schools, Nigerian port authority. I and Bami Went to school together (Badagry Grammar School) we were classmates from ss1-ss3 and we sat together while writing putme.

 

Campus94:
did you choose to study theatre art?

Efe:
I originally wanted to study mass communication but the cafe were i registered had a problem finding mass communication plus my cousin made a mistake while filling my putme form (blessing in disguise)

Campus94:
what kind of music do you like?

Efe:
well, I listen to gospel, rhythm and blues


Campus94:
what do you do when you're bored?

Efe:
when I'm bored, I draw eye brows to pass time.

Campus94:
how did u get into make up?

Efe:
it was in my 300 level, during the strike. I was trying to get a job, got a job, which entailed dancing on the road side to sell sims (30 sims a day). Then a church member sent a BC for make up lessons. The person with the highest amount of slips would get in, I got 180 slips from church and I got in. most of what I learnt, I learnt on the field.

what part of your body is your favourite?

Efe:
favourite part of my body is my face.

Campus94:
What are your hobbies?

Efe:
I'm a very good cook. I love cooking, travelling, meeting people, singing as well as dancing. I'm a very social person

Campus94:
what is your favourite spot in Ekehuan?

Efe:
my room

Campus94:
and outside the campus?

Efe:
Shop-rite, leisure mall, church and my family house.

Campus94:
What's your favourite catch phrase?

Efe:
I pray o

Campus94:
What would you be doing In the next five years?

Efe:
working part time in a studio. For now, I own a studio were I do and sell make up products. I also run a make up school. I've worked with PPL Famous, Adesuwa Itomi (knocking on heavens' door), Jo'di (kuchi kuchi), miss hot legs and miss pume.

Campus94:
do you have a girlfriend?

Efe:
no. I can't deal with girlfriend drama.

Campus94:
ever worn make up?

Efe:
yes I have. Twice

Campus94:
What's your worst moment?

Efe:
Oh.. The day i was dared to drink alcohol. It was at a friend's birthday party and I was dared to take a glass of alcohol (meanwhile I don't take alcohol) and the alternative was to lick one end of the rugged room to another. I took the alternative... I guess you know what i mean.

Efe:
Life of a winner- pastor Israel, Zoe- Eli Navy and never far away by Lagbaja.

Efe:
that would be scandal series.

Efe:
Waye 300L (MSc), Julia Oyebuteme 400L (MSc), Caroline 400L (THR), Funmilayo 400L (THR) and Juliet 400L (FINE ART).
