UNIBEN ekehuan campus morns a shocking death of Their own.

Today I write with an heavy heart burdened by shock and disbelief. She was a friend, I tend to tease her alot. I remember her calling me up to complain that I had uploaded a not so fine picture about her on one of my posts on the blog, she said "are you trying to spoil my market? Couldn't you get a better pic of me? Eh?"

I was in class this morning when I was informed about her passing on. I couldn't bring myself to believe, I mean, I know she's always getting sick and I had suspected something was wrong but death?! Just like that?

"No now, I can't be" I thought to myself , so I called her number, it rang, I was a lil bit relaxed thinking to myself "if the number is still working then this death gist is just one silly joke" someone picked up her phone, it was some guy, not her, I asked toldpeak to precious, and he confirmed my fears.

She was gone.

That's all I could make out from the deep saddened male voice on the phone.

I was short of words. I mean I couldn't comprehend anything... I was dumbfounded, "how just one just die? How?",

I was told she had been struggling with kidney disease, and she had passed away at the university of BENIN teaching hospital.

She was a friend, a school mate, a department mate, fellow member of the Nigerian Redcross society and I'll miss her.
